Quotes/ Estimates

Whilst we do our best to correctly estimate the cost of your service, modification or repair, cost variations may occur where additional parts & / or labour are required, or the nature of the service, modification or repair is different or more complex than anticipated or described. Trailer inspection is required in order to provide a written quote for a trailer service, modification or repair in order to determine what parts, if any, are needed and to calculate the labour time required to complete the service, modification or repair.

All estimates and quotes are calculated in good faith but costs of labour, parts and materials may vary and Mobile Trailer Fix W.A reserves the right to pass on any unexpected cost increases to the customer.

Trailer location and access

In order to perform your service, modification or repair in a safe and timely manner we request that suitable access to the trailer(s) be arranged prior to our arrival.

1 metre clear access is required around all sides of the trailer(s), and where possible, the trailer(s) should be positioned on a flat, clean, hard surface that is free of hindrances, debris or hazards.

Where practicable, trailers should be positioned under cover.

Any items that may be damaged in the course of the service, modification or repair should be removed from the work area prior to our arrival.

If we are unable to perform your service, modification or repair due to the presence or hazards, unsuitable or untimely access to the trailer, or inclement weather we will, after consultation with you but at our sole discretion, determine if the booking should be rescheduled, postponed or cancelled.

Please note that additional call out and / or labour charges may apply if trailer location and access is unreasonable or considered by Mobile Trailer Fix W.A to be a hazard.
